Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Leverage established processes and inbound lead channels to identify and qualify potential clients, focusing on professionals in research and healthcare.
  • Client Engagement: Understand client needs deeply and present our solutions effectively to address their challenges.
  • Sales Development: Manage complex sales cycles, typically ranging from 3 -6 months, with the potential to secure multiyear deals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to maintain a clear and organized sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals and contribute to overall growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in SaaS sales, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
  • Intelligence and Curiosity: Strong ability to understand client problems and ask insightful questions.
  • Values-driven: Commitment to the company’s mission and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
  • Continuous Learner: Eagerness to grow and adapt in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Independence: Ability to work effectively with minimal existing structures, thriving in a fast-paced setting.

Remuneration

  • $120,000 Base salary with $200,000 OTE + ESOP
