Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Assist in the setup and configuration of client accounts, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to active use of our products/services.
- Implementation Support: Work closely with Project Managers to execute project plans, implement solutions in the WeGuide system, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Documentation: Assist in creating and updating user guides, FAQs, and other support materials to help clients navigate our products/services.
Required Skillset:
- Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of software implementation processes and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear client interactions and effective documentation.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose solutions, with a willingness to escalate complex problems to senior team members.
- Time Management: Capable of managing tasks efficiently in a flexible, on-demand work environment.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling client information and maintaining updated documentation.
Qualification
Graduate or Equivalent degree with 1-2 years of experience preferred.
